You have to wait 4 and half hours to get your tires put on even when you get there 30 minutes early and with no one their all the bases empty and it took 4 men to put on 4 tires people ARE SO LAZY I gave one star just so that I could leave a message

I came here for a tire balance yesterday. At first I was very satisfied, was greeted kindly and taken care of quickly.
Once I got home I realized 3 of my wheels had deep circular gashes from their balancing machines, covered in grease and oil. My car is an old jeep, but I take care of it like a baby and that is not an excuse to treat someone’s vehicle like trash. I washed my car and cleaned my wheels the day prior in hopes they would treat it with care.
Whoever did this work is either lazy or incompetent, or a combination of both. As much as I wanted to come back here initially; I will not. Now I’ll have to sand and repaint my wheels as these marks look hideous and are scratched past the actual paint. First time in the 250,000 miles of this car that someone has damaged the wheels on a balance.
