I didn't expect for a $20 haircut to go this well or turn out exactly how I wanted. The staff, Alex and Toni, are very friendly, professional, and down to earth. Toni was very careful and gentle with her hands and techniques. Her information was very helpful, and her demeanor was kind and friendly. I will definitely be going back to this location and to this location and these stylists again. I hate cutting my hair, and it's ridiculously expensive to get even a trim! Now I feel I have found a reliable and affordable option!

I asked for a simple hair cut,2or3inches off of my length.
She also cut in the front making it to short for a ponytail which i had told her was something that i wanted to be able to do.
I paid her 23 dollars for about 5 minutes of her time,for a simple cut and she messed it up.

Myself and another customer walked up during business hours. Apparently they decided to close early and turned both of us away! Very poor customer service! You have business hours for a reason but yet you do not follow them

Did not greet me coming in then skipped right over me despite checking in online. This place needs to get it’s act together. We really need a better haircut place on this side of belmont.

From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel welcomed and valued. This location is ALWAYS clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and professional. The entire team (manager and employees) go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great experience, offering expert advice surrounding any questions you may have. From the haircut you are receiving, to the products that can support your daily routine, they will go above and beyond to ensure that you are well informed with your every need, all with determination that you leave completely satisfied. I refuse to go anywhere else, and I will continue to be a customer at this Five Star location. Lastly, I would like to give a well deserved shoutout to the exceptional store manager Michelle, who continues to successfully operate an outstanding team for an outstanding business. Kept going back and forth on posting a review, but after a day of crying over my hair and a day of hating it tremendously I decided I need to warn others! I go to great clips twice a year to get a trim and layers never had a problem until this past Monday. Told the lady I wanted layers and a trim, wanted to keep the length right below my shoulder. Tried showing her a photo on my phone for reference she glanced and said okay okay. . The lady was more worried about getting me out of her chair with all the people coming in. I asked her to stop cutting at one point because something seemed off and she just kept going. Now my hair is chopped short and up to my ears. I paid, unfortunately, but ran out of the store so fast because I don’t like confrontation or crying in front of people. Now I have an event Saturday and am trying to find someone that can fix the disaster or hopefully get extensions quickly. Go if you want a quick chop, but if you want someone to pay attention to your requests do not go. Run the other way!

The person who cut my hair seemed to be focused on the people entering the store and who would come in to cover as it was very busy and the team seemed overwhelmed. The person cutting my hair would start and stop cutting and did not follow my directions as she seemed as if the traffic flow was more important than the customer in her chair. She seemed very nice but I would not get a cut by her in the future. I would recommend that whoever is supervising the store not also cut hair, especially on busy days.

This Great Clips was like none other I have been to in a while. The service was pretty good and fast -- and I was surprised no one was there! I asked for something simple; a 4 guard on the sides and a 3 on the back, and a slight trim on the back. My barber there mixed it up a little, and the results were great. She faded it in the back to make my hairline look more even, and the back mess-up's (by another barber) *invisible!* The vibe was also good, barber was talkative, which is nice. 5 square knots out of 5 square knots. Would go back. Will suggest.
