As a female, I have to say this is the one and only place that I have felt comfortable going to where I didn't feel that they were trying to take advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge about cars. Neal is absolutely awesome, the customer service is impeccable. They really take time to explain to you what is going on and solutions to the problem. I highly highly recommend B&W Auto Services. Support locally owned businesses! I have used this shop over twenty-five years. They are honest. They help you when you need services. The owner is a fellow Belmont Abbey graduate! He provides professional quality service. The mechanics can do almost any repair. I have always recommended this shop.

All I did was call these guys and ask to them change the brake pads on my brothers car. I stated he already bought the pads, we just needed to pay for labor. The guy quoted me $60, said they were booked up til next Thursday. I asked, can I book an appointment for next Saturday, then he hung up. Good business practices there chief.

I brought my car in for a bad CV axle( which it needs) but after the owner test drove it, he knew it had a more pressing issue. Turns out, my caliper was falling off the wheel. These people took care of me right away, and God bless them for looking out for me.
