Billy and Kim were amazing! I had the worst luck and got in two accidents in two weeks; totaling my 2023 Mazda. The first caused by a guy running a red light denting the frame then the second was an ATV that destroyed the entire lift gate. Travelers lowballed me and because of it going through two different insurances at first I swear they wanted to make it as difficult as possible. Without Billy and Kim’s guidance and expertise I don’t think I would have come out of this situation “made whole” as insurance companies claim is their job.

The day before Thanksgiving 2023 a truck pulled out in front of me from day one the insurance company has been railroading us from estimating damage to the value they offered billy was recommended to us by my son who runs a car dealership are experience has been a marathon not a sprint several times I was ready to give up hire an attorney file a complaint with the insurance commission but billy kept going and was able to keep my head in the game they were pushing a 9500 valuation billy was able to get 18500 in the end follow and trust the process i wouldn't hire any one else to handle this type of situation the man is what I call a master of his craft thank you to billy and Kim

Man I don’t even know where to start!! Long story short, my car was stolen while on vacation with my family in Myrtle Beach. August 15th came and the car wasn’t recovered. USAA insurance totaled the vehicle out and offered me $64,240. I knew that was very low and I knew it to be worth at least $75,000. I hired Mike from Collision Safety Consultants and the rest was history. An agreement was reached between Mike and USAA’s independent appraiser. The total payout was raised to $74,240!!! $10,000 more than original offered. This was an easy process because of Mike and I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt it was my duty to do this. After arguing with my insurance over the amount of money for my total loss for over a month. My body shop guy referred me to Bill - gave him a call, told me what he needed to know about our wrecked company truck (2023 Colorado that only had a couple thousand miles on it). He was able to get me $7,000 payout. He felt like $4K would be more realistic, but he got us $7K ??
Very thankful for this service he provides. To have a new truck get wrecked like that, it certainly affects the value and to know I’ve now been “compensated” for that loss is a relief.

The guy that hit me was with what must be the most unfriendly, cheapest, and dirty insurance company in existence…
And Billy was still able to get me a decent sum of money for my diminished value claim. I was expecting waaaay less than what he was able to get me. Billy is the man.
