Clements is a well organized, family run business that hires and retains talented auto techs that really seem to care. Robert is also a bit of "car whisperer".
Clements has handled maintenance on my two cars for years. However I took my Genesis to the dealer when it had an HVAC issue. They had it over two weeks and did not resolve the problem. I took the car to Clements and Robert had it fixed in 24 hours. That was over a year ago and we have not experienced the issue again.
If you live in the Belmont area, I urge you to consider Clements Automotive for your auto maintenance.

I’ll start by saying Robert and his wife are excellent. I’ve been taking my car there for service for many years because I trust them. I’ve always received quality service from them. But… this last time I went, I bought new tires and had my front end aligned. Tires, excellent! Front end alignment, not good. When I left the shop, I had to go into Gastonia. I noticed that my car was pulling slightly to the right. I took my car back, same day. Young guy doing alignments took my car back to correct. When I drove home, I noticed that the car was still pulling slightly to the right. I did not take it back. I’d already been there for hours. I’ll just take it to Honda and pay for an alignment AGAIN and let them do it right. Uggggg!
