I politely asked for a refund and to be rung up again due to being overcharged on a pack water that was on sale. The cashier rolled her eyes and got an attitude by saying “It is too early in the damn morning for this.” And then proceeds to throw the money on the counter without handing it to me. Rude and conniving! Avoid this place! I should of read the reviews before going to this location.

Rudest cashier just rung me up. Literal snatched my items up and yelling at someone else who works there about the manager. Then just walks off… didn’t acknowledge me at all.

The older white guy usually works the weekend shift Saturday morning to the afternoon. Circle K never honor their prices here. Every time I go in and use my membership number he never gives me a discount for my cigarettes. Then when I mention it he shrugs buddy and says I don't make the prices. This is very annoying to me to have to do this with this guy. Through the weekdays I never have this problem there are usually two black young women working and I always get my discount. Circle K I helped put you on the map here and in Belmont NC so what's the problem with this discount and this awkward guy? Is it because I'm the 2nd most rich guy in Belmont and drives a Lamborghini to work ?or is he just 1 of the worst senior citizen, you have hired? Sorry Circle K you gotta go... ?We trying to get a WaWa’s or Quick Trip and I'm the one to make the final decision

Car wash is not working.fri jul 21.annoying that can't pay at the pum and keep the rest of my money...so annoying and a year ago wasn't like this.only pump 37 cents and now I cannot use the rest of my money. ty so much Circle K and this new rule.

The manager is the rudest person I have dealt with in years. I purchased a car wash but the receipt paper empty so I didn’t get my code. A jacked up blonde headed woman had already closed the register down so they couldn’t give me a receipt. They called the rude little black manager and she wouldnt give them the code so they could give me a receipt. She said she was almost at the store 30 minutes later she comes in with an attitude and said I’ll have to wait. I told her not to be rude and she called the police and kicked me out of the store. Then her wife started cussing me out and said she was sick of me threatening her wife. WTF??Her dumb little wife doesn’t even work there! This isn’t over, I won’t stop until I have talked to upper management. DON’T GO HERE

I’ve been living in Belmont for 2 years now. I’ve always loved this location until about recently when the new GENERAL MANAGER” took over. She’s rude, looks miserable, no customer service at all, she’s served me tobacco constantly but all of a sudden cards me with an attitude. Yes I complained because I come here EVERY SINGLE DAY and when I came back with my license she said she will no longer serve me. Yup i got an attitude back and she kicked me out. I’ll take my service and my $100 weekly gas fill up somewhere else. Idk why people like her get hired for customer service jobs. With her face alone makes you want to go somewhere else. She’s a terrible choice for a manager.

The customer service at this particular location is ALWAYS horrible.11/21/22 UPDATE:Against my better judgment, I stopped in at this location…and as per usual, the customer service is HORRIBLE!! There’s a guy-girl by the name of Kay who seems to have an attitude for unknown reasons. Could it be the hourly wage or the hormones they’re taking. Either way, your employees need to leave attitudes at home.

They never have hot food prepared and today I had to ask for a hot dog bun the. I go to put topping on no chili no cheese no onions nothing then the cashier got a attitude with me because I told her not to put it back on the hot dog warmer because I touched it and that’s not food safe she then told me to throw it away which I said no that’s your job and she left me at the check out counter walking away saying nasty things
