I’ve been using Bisque Imports for the last five or six years, anlways excellent service. If I place an order Thursday about 12 o’clock noon normally it’s on my doorstep by Saturday which is over and above excellent service. on chance there is a problem with something, breakage, a quick phone call to one of the girls in the office. Everything‘s taken care of immediately. Another example of excellent service!! I will continue to use them.

This company picks and chooses who they keep and fire. They fire great workers and keep employees who smoke meth and live rent free at their Texas warehouse. Beware!

Placed my first order. One box of bowls came with three out of four shattered. Customer service credited me for three...and I can pay for a new box if I want the three broken ones replaced. They were broken before they shipped! How do I know this? Because the outer box was in perfect condition, but the box inside holding the the bisque was completely smashed. So that box went into the box already damaged.
