If you don't mind being charged $400 to check on your dog's cough, and then told to come back because they didn't have time to actually look in the throat, yea well just saying. Might as well drive by and toss $500 out the window and keep driving for the service you get here. Deplorable and sleezy. Don't know how the doors are still open.

very disappointed.
several discrepancies about costs from the initial exam which was supposed to be $25 for a new client but I was charged $59. the procedure my dog had was quoted one price then morphed into another. i tried to resolve it with them & that was a fail, i gave them time before I posted this hoping they would correct the issue. they did not.

We had an emergency with our dog Indy and our regular vet in Havelock and other vets around us had no availability today. We called here and they told us to come on in. They took wonderful care of Indy! Got him on the start to feeling better! I can not thank them enough!

My dog went to the ER 2 days before Christmas and Dr.Lloyd was the doctor at the clinic that morning. After a thorough exam, she told me that my dog likely had lymphoma. She was absolutely correct and I was able to get him started on chemotherapy. Her exam was thorough and because of that I get more time with my dog. Very grateful to her and would absolutely recommended Dr. Lloyd!

Friendly, proffesional service.
Dr. Lloyd and staff took great care of my dog during surgery, and explained all post care and answered any questions.
