I had an issue when a new carrier was assigned my route awhile ago. It was an honest mistake. The man at the post office resolved it immediately. The new carrier assigned to my route is now the best I've ever had. Thank you.

I was expecting a very important package today but I've sit and watched the Mail carrier in a van on paint fork rd go ever other day pass 10 mailboxes. This happened to many times lately!!!!! I was behind him today and he never stop at one mailbox. That I seen!

I can't say this enough!!! But I will never go to another post office again (unless I'm out of town). This is my favorite post office, and the staff here is the most caring and friendly staff I've ever met. They help me have the most pleasant experience, and no other post office can compare.

The postmaster Rosemary needs to be replaced. She has no customer relations skills and few leadership skills. She refuses to deliver our packages or to require the mail carrier to deliver them. In the two yeas we have lived here only once have tracking numbers been on our package slips. Several times we have received notices from companies that packages we never knew had arrived were going to returned if we did not pick them up immediately....and they had been sitting in the post office for several days without us being given a package slip. Tanya is a jewel and needs to be promoted. Fire Rosemary and promote Tanya.
