This place was much less expensive than renting from the ski resort itself. They were very patient helping us, as most of us were first timers. Much better option than renting directly from your ski resort!

Super friendly staff and extremely helpful. Got the equipment we needed so fast. Had to come back for an adjustment - they had us in and out in no time. Equipment is in great shape. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

They were so wonderful! My fiancé needed to get his skis adjusted to his new boots before we got to the mountain and they helped him out immediately. Super helpful and knowledgeable!

Despite some negative reviews, we decided to rent our ski gear from here instead of the resort and we couldn’t have had a better experience. They were fast, efficient, and extremely friendly. They even encouraged me to take a photo of my skis when they handed it to me to make sure I didn’t get them mixed up at the resort. When we came to return, they asked how my day was, and the return process was extremely smooth. They also were significantly cheaper than the resort & family owned instead of your money going to a resort. I will be renting here in the future & recommend them to everyone.

Small business, locally owned, close to Sugar. It's an uncomplicated process to get your gear; their website is not even set up for online reservations, but things move quickly in the store. Everybody is busy. They don't fool with pricing out the skis in various packages (demo, standard, etc.) the way other places do, but that is probably not a drawback to the average renter skiing in this area. The staff were friendly and helpful and one of the fellows came over and took particular care in ensuring that our ski boots fit properly. Who wants sore feet after a day of skiing in the wrong size boots, right? But other places will hand you the boots and then you are kind of on your own with figuring out a proper fit. Prices are great, too. They don't offer half-day rentals, but their full day cost is still less than the half-day of others, and the service can't be beat. Returns are simple. Driving in from another area and not sure what the immediate roads are like? Give them a call, and they cheerfully answer that question, too. Would definitely rent here again.

Great place! All the employees were super friendly and helpful. Not only did we rent gear, but our car rental broke down and they went out of their way to find us a tow truck AND gave us a ride back to our hotel. Special shout out to Harvey! Thanks again.

Ski and snowboard rental shop. They were very friendly and helpful. They were quick with our group of 7 and allow you to return late at night or the next day. It was easy to extend the rental by phone. They ensured we got pictures of the equipment with the numbers and reminded us if we returned skis without the correct number we'd be charged. Would recommend and I would rent from them again.
