Tires!
In town visiting for a couple days when I woke up to a dangerously low tire. Had a nail in it, they took care of it right away. Was in an out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Thank you doesn’t even begin to say enough. For some reason the battery went dead in our 2019 Suburban. I called first thing on Friday morning and they were at our cabin on Beech Mountain in about an hour. Hunter jumped it off and I drove down the mountain where Hunter installed a new battery. Great people. Highly recommend.

Jimmy is awesome. This shop does great work. Very honest people, always willing to work with me. These guys will fix stuff properly and are great with older vehicles.

We bent our Jeep’s steering tie rods while in Banner Elk. Several locals recommended Jimmy at the Exxon station. Reading all the reviews I can now see why. He had us parts and repaired in a few days. The price was very fair and so grateful for Jimmy and the staff for helping us out so quickly. Just an fyi I did need a front end alignment after this type of steering linkage work and they do not have this capability at this garage.

Jimmy is truly an angel! I can not even begin to tell you how much he did for us to get our truck running but went above and beyond to made sure we had a place to stay and a ride to get there! He then came in ON BOS DAY OFF at 7 am and fixed our vehicle! Once truck was fixed, we haven’t had anymore problems! I will be stopping here every time I come through even if it is to just purchase a soda! Their kindness will never be forgotten! You will not regret stopping here!

BEWARE!Bought snow chains, once we went out to the car to open and noticed they had been switched with these cheap crappie excuse for chains not nearly worth the price, they were like aluminum and broken- We went immediately back in to return and was told we were SOL. Literally.... they told us to take it up with the corporate customer service, but they don't do returns for any reason. There is also no signs posted saying that in the store anywhere.... Scammers are just trying to take advantage of tourists, I'm sure

Was heading to the parkway when I got a flat tire. Was referred here by a local woman that saw us adding air to the tire and went right to this Exxon a few miles away. They saw me right away, figured out the issue, put on my spare and helped me find a tire shop in Boone that had my tire size. Super helpful and they didn’t even charge me for their time. Would definitely recommend this Exxon and wish I had one like them near me in Charlotte. It’s the kind of service you unfortunately don’t find anymore. Highly recommend!

The pay-at-pump experience here is excellent! The pumps are consistently clean, and the numbers on the display are large and easy to read. It's a hassle-free way to refuel, making it convenient and efficient. A great choice for a quick and straightforward refueling stop. ⛽ ??

Jimmy saved the day! Visiting Banner Elk for the weekend I had a check engine light flashing and, based on previous reviews I took the car to the Main St. Exxon on Saturday morning. Jimmy immediately identified the problems, retrieved the necessary parts in minutes from another location and had me back on the road in no time at all. His friendly disposition, immediate care and easy explanation were very welcoming for a scared traveler. This should be your go to garage in Banner Elk for all of your car’s needs.
