Stopped to get air, wash hands and use restroom. Guess what I only was allowed to do one of those! I paid 4 air pump. I had tap card 2x to get it working. I guess it was asleep 1st tap (net error). I will be checking my ?. Restroom out of order!?! I still need wash dog smell off my hands... oh and it's one way in and out of the gas station!!!

It's one of few gas stations in this area. It is well stocked with snacks and drinks. Gas price are not gouging you. It could use some repairs, but they have snacks and gas which is what matters.

I was overcharged. The sticker said one price and they charged another. She said the sticker was wrong. That's about as awful customer service as you can get

I go here very often because of the convenience. there are a few associates who are very, very slow. Late night they are quick and friendly.

The Kangaroo in Banner Elk, NC is a top notch Gas station, we always stop here while touring the Blue Ridge Parkway. The service is amazing, it will be extra special if your clerk is Mr. Ramsey. Also don't forget to ask about the possum stew or the pickled hog head they steam all at their store. This gas station has made it on several TV shows from History Channel, Travel Channel, major news outlets like CNN and Fox News, Food Network, not to mention many more. Plus you just might met someone famous seeing that Banner Elk is know as the Hollywood of the Carolinas! If your within 100 miles of the location it is a must to go see for yourself
