Outstanding Customer Service! Was visiting last week when my daughter came down with the flu. This team went above and beyond to get the tamiflu they were currently out of. They even stayed open after hours so I could get the meds when they finally arrived. Would definitely recommend!!

❣️Best pharmacy ever! IS THERE A 10⭐ OPTION? The staff is extremely personable. While I've been traveling they're always attentive at making sure I receive my medication monthly. Or provide me with options to come get or receive it. I honestly believe even if I moved 7 hrs away they would be worth staying with. They are that incredible! Thank you Banner Elk Pharmacy. This is a great pharmacy! They are fast and friendly, they also have a great number of other medical related products. I must also mention the cool selection of nebo flashlights.

I have been going to Banner Elk Pharmacy for years. The last couple of times I have gone the price has been much more money than I know it should be. Today when a prescription cost Me $15 at the Banner Elk Pharmacy I called up my prescription Insurance and said how much should this of cost? They said five dollars and change. Apparently the doctor did not write a diagnosis code. Before I left I asked the lady at the cash register did you use my insurance, she said yes? Turns out she did not use my insurance and she didn't take the extra minute to contact the doctor via text, email, telephone to find out the diagnosis code and this is supposed to be a family run business where they go the extra mile, what a laugh. When I spoke with the owner he said it is only a $10 difference! I said it is three times the amount my insurance said you should charge. He said it's only $10.00! He is totally missing the point. First it is MY $10 , not his and he knows what my insurance is, it hasn't changed in years and then hung up on me. If this is how a family run local business Acts I'll go to publix, CVS , Walgreens , etc. How unprofessional and rude of the Banner Elk Pharmacy. Some places are just getting to full of themselves and this is one of them

Always forget something every summer and must have an rx filled. Using them is fast and affordable. Being a physician married to a pharmacist, we use independent pharmacies, and this one has never disappointed us.

I came up to Banner Elk for vacation and forgot my medicine. These awesome people were so kind and helpful. The best costumer service. I would recommend anyone getting their medicine in the area to shop here. Truly the nicest people work here
