This place is the Best. They are amazing people and I rent gear from here everytime I visit NC. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can't express enough how great these people are. The gentleman named Jason was so generous he let us keep our rentals for an entire extra day without charging us, we were so grateful for the experience and kindness. I know there are a lot of places in the area to rent/buy gear from but I recommend Alpine over all others. Thank you so much Alpine, we can't wait for next season!

What a super friendly and helpful bunch at the base of the mountain. I rented four sets of skis for my children, and purchased some gloves. The staff was incredible. Especially Jason at the repair desk. I was initially worried about coming up To ski beech without having my equipment in hand, but Alpine ski Center in Banner elk made everything so easy. A +++ plus, can’t recommend enough.

Amazing! Moms out there, the staff is great with kids of all ages. Built confidence in my 12 year old, made him feel cool. super low pressure, personalized. I would highly recommend renting from them vs the resort zoo. Took my stress 100% away. Joe says special thanks to Braxton, and he got on intermediate slope no poles.

My son and I geared up for our ski trip and stopped at Alpine Ski Center in Banner Elk! ALEX was so amazing and knowledgeable. He took his time, measured for my shoe size and made recommendations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would give more stars if I could. I couldn't recommended a place with better service. For someone who knew nothing about snow sports, the staff was so knowledgeable and kind. They answered all my questions and helped me fit me for the perfect gear for my level of skill. Will most definitely use this shop again and again.
