My friend bought me a pair of pants that didn’t fit. Two days later I tried to return them and the owner would only let me do an exchange or store credit, not a return. I was leaving for Phoenix the next day and didn’t want anything else in the store. UNfriendly customer service.

Adorable little shop on the island. Nice selection of beach items, some beautiful dresses, jewelry, Hydroflask items and stickers. The cashier was really friendly too.

My son and I reserved a guided kayak fishing trip for red drum. We kayaked in the creek and fished mainly off the sand bars. Grayson put us on the fish and handled everything like a pro. Definitely will do this again. Thanks for all the work you put in, Grayson. Lots of fun!

We came down to BHI for the Fourth of July and we were told to put a mask on our 1 year old! The employee was very rude and claimed it was store policy. Would not even give us any contact information to address this with the owner.

Had to reschedule surf lessons 3 times for: "tide is too low", "waves are too big", and "too windy". All three times it was beautiful and sunny out. Woke up early for the third one, called 20 minutes before the lesson (apparently still on) and then when we showed up it was cancelled again. I highly doubt these are last minute decisions that they could not have called us up 30 minutes ahead of time to tell us not to come. WASTE OF TIME

Love shopping at The Sail Shop! I always find something that has to go home with me. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The manager, Alissa goes above and beyond and always keeps me updated on new arrivals.

We booked a family fun sail. It's a small sail boat that holds up to six people. It was a lot of fun. Harley did a good job. Hold on tight - I had no idea how much a sail boat tilts!

Just completed a fun sail with Lego, our captain, and what a fun sail it was! Definitely worth the $75! He was such a fun, laid back guide and let us sail the boat. He was clearly so knowledgeable of the boat that we sailed stressed free. I would high recommend this outing if you are looking for something fun to do while on Bald Head.
