I had the absolute pleasure of meeting one of your butchers today who was one of the nicest , most patient people I have met in a long long time. I believe his name was Bobby ( from NY ). Congratulations Harris Teeter, you found yourselves a WINNER. He was not only knowledgeable about your products and was able to provide me with the best beef choices to fit my budget but even better he was polite and extremely funny which made my shopping experience one of the best I have had in a long time. “About a month ago there was a mix-up with the notification system. They said they had my ADHD meds, but when I went to pick them up they weren't ready. The pharmacists were incredibly accommodating. One of them said, "I'm so sorry. My daughter has ADHD too. I know how much something like this can ruin your whole week; especially with the shortage going on. My name is X, and I'll be here until Y today. I'll be working on getting it sorted out for you".Most other pharmacies treat me like crack head or some other kind of drug seeker. The way I'm treated as a result of the stigma of taking stimulant medication is a huge chunk of the battle for me some days. I'm really grateful for the kindness and professionalism of those working here.”
“Both pharmacists on duty were friendly and helpful even though a move to new software slowed them down on a busy holiday weekend. They stayed patient even when some customers weren't. It took me a little longer to be served because I had to be set up as a new pharmacy patient; but that gave me time to shop. They were gracious under pressure!”

“They never have our sons medicine 1 month later and as many times me or my husband have gone the medicine is literally never in stock. It would be OK if they didn't have it but they lead you on to believe it will be in stock 2 to 3 days later and when you waste the gas to get the prescription it's the same no matter what they never have the prescription filled.
Update yea I went when my people were working she got us right❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“Everyone is always friendly and very helpful and will help you out in any way they can. It seems to be a very close knit family atmosphere. I drive out of my way just to go to Quality Drugs and am glad to do so. There is always quick friendly service and unless theyt helping someone else in front of you or needing assistance they know who you are and your prescriptions are always sitting at the register before you even get there. Again, friendly family atmosphere. Very very satisfied and supporting local instead of the chain stores you see everywhere is a huge plus to me. “I came in today to have a poster board picture printed at last minute and a gentleman helped me with the kiosk since I couldn't get the app to work. He was very patient with me and helped me pick out what I needed. He had great customer service especially with me coming in 30 minutes after they opened which in my opinion is when no one is awake and cranky. His name was Deforrest and I appreciated his help and patience with me and the slow machine so much that I'll definitely be visiting this location opposed to the others from here on out. Thank you again Deforrest and Walgreens for not letting me down!”
“While it did take a little while to get through to a live human being, once Nicole answered I was absolutely blown away by her professionalism and kindness. She was able to help with a sensitive topic where other locations had been less than supportive or helpful. Nicole was compassionate and competent and warm when I truly needed a little human understanding. Cheers to Nicole and the whole team there!”

However they have finally allowed Pharmacy staff to take a break and the last three times I've gone at my convenience it's been during the strange schedule that they allow the pharmacy break and I've had to come back later. It's great Pharmacy and I support Pharmacy breaks- however I don't seem to get there at my convenience when they are there.”
“This is the first big corporate pharmacy that I’ve actually liked! I’ve been a regular at quite a few Walgreens and Cvs locations and this location always impresses me. The front staff is always nice and helpful. The pharmacy staff has gone out of their way multiple times to help me. I truly appreciate that. The wait sometimes can be a little annoying but I know most pharmacies are stretched thin these days so I understand.”
