I boarded my two dogs there for four days while I was on a vacation. They were well taken care of and were not stressed like they normally are at other boarding places. The cost was also super competitive, I was happy and will use them again.

Terrible communication that has caused us to not even use them. Requested a Studio far in advance and was told the day before that we were getting a small cramped space. Also claimed we didn’t submit shots when I was CC’d on the email and my vet confirmed that they sent information not once, not twice, but three separate times. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful.

Outstanding place for your pet to stay, and before coming home treat them to a spa day where they get a great bath and have their nails done.

Thought the place was very clean and nice. Only complaint I have is the charge for feeding your own food to your dog or cat. At $5.00 a feeding with my own food that I supply. I boarded 2 dogs so that's $10.00 a feeding twice a day. I read the reply from the owner and do understand. On another note after boarding our dog now has a bad case of Kennel cough. Took her to Vet to confirm. She is very sick and now on antibiotics to hopefully get over it. She had all shots as required by them. 400.00 for vet plus cost of boarding. Never again

It's the best! My cat 19 years olds when she passed away and she loved being at Pet's Companion!! She hated other places like Northpaw! The people are so nice and caring

The staff is phenomenal. Sharon is so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She put us immediately at ease. Our GSD was made to feel welcomed, and that made us very happy. He was super excited to see/sniff everything, and everybody…not a bit shy!

I have taken my two fur babies here a couple of times and we have had wonderful experiences both times! My dogs were well cared for, the staff was open and caring to both them and myself, especially when it came to leaving them for the first time! They're great at answering the phone and giving updates. 10/10 would recommend!

Our Dewey loves going to 'camp' at Pets Companion - be it for day camp or an extended stay. I can tell by how he greets the staff that he is happy to be there and has no fear or trepidation about going with them. And when he comes home from day camp he's had a fun day & is tuckered out. I've been able to tour the facilities & they do a good job keeping things clean and caring for the animals. They have regular kennels and suites - we usually splurge for the suites since that includes medications & extra play time. By the time we would pay for a regular kennel and add on the extras this is the better price for us. And the theme rooms are really cute. They also do grooming. I appreciate that they will bathe him &/or trim nails. I get nervous trimming his nails, then he gets nervous & it isn't good. For a few extra dollars it is worth having it done when he is at camp. Everyone is happier that way. I would never take my dog anywhere else. I trust them completely with his care.

Thanksgiving plans couldn’t bring my baby so I came to these guys. Very friendly on the drop off and pick up. Extremely helpful over the phone. They even offered my baby Thanksgiving meal treats. Doesn’t feel like I just dropped her off at a boarding place, it felt like I dropped her off with friends . Great job.
