Messed up my prescription. Got it denied by my insurance because it was too soon for a refill, but it is a brand new prescription and not a refill. The passed the phone around, and no one could give me an answer. Told them I was calling corporate, and they threatened to call the police on me if I did. I called corporate and filed a complaint anyway.

This is the sorriest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They can't get prescriptions right . They lie about when it will be ready. You wait on hold for long periods of time when you can hear them pick up and hang back up on you. They are rude in person and very disrespectful to customers.

Terrible pharmacy. I always have to wait forever on the phone but it is constantly picked up and put back on hold. Whenever I have prescriptions called in, they are never ready and I have to sit and wait for 10-20 minutes. My friend is a local provider and says they also have difficulty getting through to even call in prescriptions. I have been sick for 3 months and desperately needed a steroid inhaler, insurance declined but walgreens did not notify me. I had to call and wait to find out. Then they told me what insurance would cover so I could share it with my provider. This afternoon I got an automated call saying it wasn't in stock and would be a few days. I literally talked to someone in the pharmacy 4 hrs prior that told me what to request and they said nothing about it being out of stock. I have no voice and have severe respiratory issues and that is their idea of customer service. Don't even bother with this place, find a different pharmacy. I now have to wait an entire day for medication to literally help me breathe.

Pharmacy staff is horrible and unconcerned with customers. I stayed on hold today 11/30/ 23 for over 15 minutes with no one, ever answering the phone, but they took the time, when it rang back to make sure that they hung it up. I could hear that four times. I have also registered online for a covit booster and went in at the appropriate time. They informed me that boosters had expired. I would have loved a better explanation instead of wasting my time. I called before I registered, with again no answers, so it's a pattern. They have lots of bad reviews with NO Accountable . The staff is mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. STORE has a mom and pop feel but not a mom and pop friendliness. Walgreens in AYDEN, it does not even feel like I'm at a regular Walgreens. It's very unprofessional. And WHY IS A WALGREEN ALLOWED TO CLOSE@ 8pm. IT'S WALGREENS..... one day staff was helpful about helping me to see of they had a test, that might check clostrol levels. I'm sure she is no longer there. I don't want to be all negative. Staff up front are normally very nice.

I have been on hold over 45 minutes just to ask a question with pharmacy. They pick up and then transfer it to hold again so no one can get through. This is crazy for people who needs their meds . Like the elderly and sick people.

I dont know what the lady's name is but but she is a older white lady. Extremely rude. There is a big yellow 90% of sun that reads 90% off summer apparel. It is hanging over a rack of sundresses a pick up a blue one and take it to the cashier. She says put in your phone number. It only takes the price down by 50%. The dress is originally 2199 I tell her i think that is incorrect. The Sign says 90% off. She says no, that is the correct price. Do you want the dress? I decline and leave? That is false advertisement. I see why this store has such a horrible rating do better walgreens.

If i could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I was on hold waiting to speak with someone for about 20 minutes with only one call before me. I was told I would have my child's medication by 6 (closing time) and i would be notified. I had received no notification and called again and hour before closing and THE PHARMACIST NAMED KEITH OUTRIGHT LIED!!! He never put in the request for the prescription to be transferred. My daughter needed her medication for a breathing treatment

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy manager called me a “nasty person” after she told me my meds would be ready today and they weren’t so I went today, gave them until 5:00pm and I arrived and she told me they won’t be ready until tomorrow. It wasn’t my fault but I was called a nasty person. Unbelievable

Please....?This pharmacy is NOTHING good....they NEVER have your prescription ready...?even after it's been call in a week ahead...you still have to wait about the end of the month...?and they always have an attitude problem!!!? Thinking of going elsewhere who welcome Customer!! This is far the worse pharmacy I've ever let fill my meds!!?

Horrible customer service at pharmacy!! Only one person was trying to be helpful. Went through drive through at (5:50 website says open until 8 but at drive through says 6pm) anyways get to drive through and pharmacy tech closes the gate up in my face knowing she seen me at drive through! So then I went inside! As trying to get medication for serious issue I said let me run to the car to get insurance card, and was interrupted by the pharmacist saying she had a family event to get to! They close at 6 ( it was 556) at the time. People need to be aware this could be their family member in need of medication! I Didn't receive any medication because they said insurance wasn't on file which wasn't told to me prior to coming. not receiving meds caused child's epilepsy to get out of hand! Will not return!!!

No one in line but me, store was nearly empty except for employees and stood at the pharmacy front desk for a good 5 minutes before any one of the 4 pharmacy employees even acknowledged me. That was only after I asked if someone could help me in picking up my prescription. I was told that they had their own stations, (apparently acknowledging a customer is no ones"station") and that the others are actually on lunch. I get that, no problem, just acknowledge me and let me know that it will be a minute.
