The new woman at the front desk is very nice and helpful, but the delivery staff are very rude. They won’t answer your questions and act like they don’t know anything. When it’s time to pick up boxes that I need to be delivered they barely want to do that either. I’ve had a check that has gone missing and mail tampered with also.

Didn’t have issues with my mail until I reported my mail person walking in my bushes and knocking down my bird feeder. Now my monetary mail is delayed and going missing. I recommend get a PO Box if you have mail that’s local and of value. 3 weeks just to get local mail. Worst service ever! Beautiful community but Ayden Mail Service stinks.

Friendly and professional staff. Quick and easy service. Good prices a on product and service's. Speedy delivery of your items. Much cheaper and just as fast as UPS, FEDEX,DHL for most shipping. I recommend this store ?

I come to Ayden post office, only to see Latifah aka (Queen) and to hear her speak. She is amazing at what she do. Never gives anyone attitude even when customers gives her problems that’s out of her control. She smiles and make sure she says hello as soon as you enter. She quick and respectful. If you have a problem she either help you or take notes to give to the postmaster.Queen IS THE BEST POSTAL CLERK here in AYDEN, And I hope she see this one day.

Horrible service got a text saying package was delivered not at house called post office looked it up through tracking # said it was delivered somewhere else and would get carrier to bring it back still not here horrible service

Honestly, I have had trouble with the Ayden Post Office until this week when the Officer in charge on Thursday and Friday helped my place of employment get packages out. She was very communicative and even came out in her personal vehicle to get our packages when the carrier didn’t show up! Cami rocks!

Great friendly staff. One of the USA best government agencies. Cheap to send package and regular mail . Extremely reliable and reasonable quick service's. I would recommend this business.
