Only one entrance, it's at 35.4475621, -77.4307065 on 11 south. Not 11 bypass. Half of the sign is missing, but I let the office know. Docks are easy to get into, pull into the second entrance and through the employee lot out front. There's enough room for a straight back and very little road traffic.They use thin cardboard boxes, and stack them to the ceiling. The place I'm delivering to said it's normal for the bottom layer to be crushed on delivery. Product was fine, but one skid had to be unloaded by hand before I could open the door.

This location has an intense issue with production and employee treatment. There are serious systemic issues that are affecting the everyday work environment. An incident occurred in which an employee was humiliated by the supervisor Jose and fellow coworkers. This wouldn't have been an issue if the supervisor could handle these situations in a respectful manner, however he did not. Overall, this affects the quality of work and the quality of product. Do better.

Lets start by saying 99% of time quality products. But i got skunked on 1lb bag of not fresh premium gold for $18.50 plus tax.I so wish you would honor a fresh bag replacement. Not wanting the money back.It's about the product which i am a longtime loyal customer.. I bought a New bag today and no issues satisfied. Hoping you feel the way i do about your product & honor it.

I’ve tried to email & write a review on this company’s web site. The captua is down so I couldn’t do either! The amount of sticks & other debris,in a bag far out weigh the quality. I’ve been buying The Good Stuff Red for over 25+ years. No more! I can’t deal with the amount of time & energy it takes to sort through all the sticks so I can avoid jamming my machine & possibly doing permanent damage to it. Not to mention the waste of my money. I lose a good 1/4 to 1/3 of a bag every time. So I’m done. OHM doesn’t have 1/2 the amount of debris! It’s stronger so I have to buy a lower strength bag, & $2.00 cheaper. See ya Good Stuff...gone bad!!!

I was extremely displeased at my tabaxco that I purchased and the response from customer sercuce. I called because my 100% freshness guarenteed tabacoo"The Good Stuff" brown bagged pipe tabacoo was anything but fresh.. it was so stale it crumbbled into powder when I picked it up. So, I call R&B... And to my disappointment I was told they will replace it....however I have to be inconvenienced n waste my time n my gas to swap it out at the store where the stale tabacoo was originally bought.... What makes any sense about that!!!! I need the real manager of customer service to call me ...because this company has no 800 ## any where on their web page! Thanks for the 100% guarntee to be so disappointed with your company
