“I see how they treat my grandmother every time we go in. They know her by first name, the staff is ethically balanced, and we have never left unhappy. I do see how service is changing though as my grandmother has to sit each time she goes in, and not everyone will service her at the sit down window. This is a little concern but I hope this is read and they will keep doing what has been done in the past. She absolutely loves this bank and the people that work there.”
“Katie is a fantastic loan officer to do a deal with on a loan. We work some crazy hours and the run of the mill 9-5 hours wouldn’t work for us. NO problem Katie works just as hard so she makes the deal happen no matter how late it gets to be. On top of being there when you need it, this was also the smoothest car deal I’ve ever done. Then when the deal was done you could hear the joy in Katie’s voice that we got what we wanted. Passion people that’s what makes you good at what you do!! “These five stars are for Bianca. Friday morning Nov. 3, I went to the drive thru atm before the lobby opened to deposit a check my dad had given me to pay wedding vendors (my wedding was the next day, Nov. 4). I put the check into the machine and —nothing happened. The atm made some noises and then showed a message that said my transaction was cancelled, but didn’t give me the check back. I was waiting at the door when they opened and panicking. Bianca was so calm and sweet and was able to get it handled within about 10 minutes. Ms. Bianca, you saved me from becoming a bridezilla and for this I thank you. ❤️”
“I have been banking here for years. They are very helpful. Teller staff is top notch. I feel like my money is protected at this bank from fraud. Being a former banker, I know the stress a teller has on them to prevent fraud. They are bombarded with odd situations when it comes to money. If they are a little cautious about your check, be patient and polite. You will always get what is rightfully yours. The bank and the teller need to feel comfortable with the transaction. They have to cross a lot of t's and dot a lot of i's.”
