Hadn't been to the Outer Banks and this Ace Hardware Store in 20 years! I got my fix the week of September 14-21, 2024. I absolutely love this Ace Hardware. They do have everything -- and even wearing apparel and flotation devices for your dog! What a beautiful, sparkling clean, and well-stocked hardware store. The store personnel were so kind and helpful. Their Halloween displays were awesome. Hope I get to come again next year! Thank you, Ace Hardware at Avon, NC, for all you do for your community.

We’ve been coming to Avon for 30 years - the last 20 as an Avon home owner. It has EVERYTHING and has become my home away from home. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful and this was especially true the last 6 months while our house underwent a total renovation. It puts Home Depot to shame and is simply the best hardware experience bar none. Special shout out to Daisy who went out of her way to help me find a local mechanic when my truck’s starter failed in their parking lot.

My favorite Ace hardware location,Wonderful, friendly helpful employees, the store has more diverse items than I have ever seen before in a Ace hardware. Definitely worth checking this place out. I could browse it for hours.
