Car wash wasn’t working properly. Top brush wasn’t working so hood,top,trunk not touched. Informed manager Ashley who told me they dont guarantee car washes but was completely aware top brush wasn’t working. When I requested refund she said if I didn’t leave she was calling the cops and started screaming at me and told me she didn’t care. Absolutely poor management and poor quality of service.

The auto wash damaged the hood of our car and removed paint in multiple locations. Their employees were very unhelpful, and the company said they were not liable because no one else had the same issue that day. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Wanted a car wash and now I need a paint job :(

Bare bones drive through car wash. Vacuums often liw suction depending on what location. I've been to 5 different ones. Drove Lyft, so i went nearly every day. I canceled my membership in person, and the attendee told me it was canceled. A month later, I was charged again. Had to call and on the phone nearly half an hour. I was told I might not get a refund. I was. Down to $9 after dental work that very day. Fortunately the refund department refunded in a matter of hours.

Update: I went back to the facility and the manager did nothing even though I wasn't the only person this happened to - said I needed to call corporate. I called corporate again asking them to please contact the manager and they told me because my refund was rejected they cannot reopen it. This "owner" who is commenting that they are doing something is not doing anything...don't be fooled. I can tell you that Zips has the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. Did not listen to a word I said, and I was initially very kind thinking it was a simple mixup. Do better Zips

Scammed into a promotion that doesn't exist. I was here for a one time wash, but was met by an employee at the gate offering a promotion to pay $25 and get 3 months free. I got charged for the second month without my approval. I called customer support and they told me that this promotion doesn't exist and they refused a refund. I'll be returning to the facility for a full refund of both months. I'm very disappointed because it is a convenient car wash. Make sure to only do promotions through the app because anything else is a scam.

Couldn't even knock off loose bird poop. Truck filthy after $12 wash. You can see a chunk of bird poop barely hanging on in pics. When I tried to go back thru, the manager said no. I rubbed my finger on the hood and you can see the smudge of dirt in the pics. Ridiculous. I've only had a bad auto car wash once and they let me ride back thru this place couldn't even do that. After I showed them the truck!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ran my car through this car wash and as soon as I pulled out I still had bird poop and dirt all over my vehicle. It wasn't even that dirty to begin with. This $12 wash was as effective as a 10yr old with a sponge. Then the manager refused to let me run through it again or refund me because I got the cheap wash. Absolutely worthless waste of money.
