Brandon and team were wonderful! I brought my bridal set in for regular cleaning. Brandon found some loose diamonds and was wonderful at getting everything set for the repair. Excellent customer service. So happy we purchased our rings from Zales! And Brandon has phenomenal customer service skills!

My boyfriend and I had a nice time shopping at this store. Brandon assisted us with finding a ring. We liked that he gave us time to browse when we asked for it initially, and didn’t feel pressured, or ignored, as we looked around. He was helpful with showing us many options and talked to us openly without trying to sell to us. This was our second time buying something from this location and we would come back.

Visited Zales at the outlets to just look around and Brandon was incredibly helpful in all my inquires about the selection of jewelry. Even offered to start a wish list for me! Excellent customer service and I will be visiting again.

Was a very pleasant experience! No waiting to talk to someone and I got lucky with their Black Friday in July sale and got 50% off my entire purchase. Sales person was super helpful with explaining the protection plan and all my questions were answered in detail. Super friendly staff.
