“A wonderful surprise finding Excellent Seconds! Having moved from Miami in 2020, I was looking to consign some designer clothes and dresses I no longer needed for my new mountain life. I thought it may be difficult to find buyers at this charming boutique in our small town, but alas, the sheer number of visitors to pass thru the doors of Excellent Seconds made it worthwhile! Owner Heather has been in the business for years and it shows. She is professional and savvy, provides courteous, reliable and fair prices and payout to her clients and consigners. I’ve had some negative experiences at other WNC consignment shops, unfortunately. I am so glad I found Excellent Seconds! Thank you, Heather!”

“Shopped the Asheville Outlets location on 6/13/24. Was pleasantly surprised at the comfortability and attentiveness of one person in particular, Megan. She introduced herself and got my name. I noticed she was wearing a top off the rack which caught my attn. She knew her product and recommended sizes based on how she knew they would fit which was accurate when I went to try on. She checked in on me using my name. She was attentive throughout the trying on process checking in at the right times. Products are sized differently, everything I bought required going down a size. “I was visiting Asheville for few days and had the chance to visit Lou Lou Boutiques. They had so many cute jewelries, my husband had to drag me out of the store cause I wanted to buy everything! I live in florida and they don’t have a location in Florida unfortunate for me. I was between paychecks and do not use credit cards so I had already spent my budgeted allowance for clothing/shoes. I called and spoke to Renee. “An odd review as I haven’t shopped here in a while, as I live in a different state now. Elementality was my first job when I was 16 years old, so 12 years ago! They paid me incredibly well, very ahead of their time for paying a decent living wage, I can only imagine how well their sales people are paid now. I was taught so much and even got to participate in photoshoots which I remember making my teen self very happy and feel involved with the business. I wish this business nothing but the best and am so happy to still see them thriving!”
