Went by today around 12:15pm. Walked the store for about 10 minutes then left. Two staff people looked at me and never said hello. One walked right by me as she walked to the back door of the store. Walked right by me and not one word - not hello or may I help you. I will add this was a very unusual experience as I have always had such great service from the usually friendly staff. Not today though which made it all the more jarring.

Impossible to navigate and order from the website. I tried to order a ship-to-store. A $500 sale lost.

Great experience here. We walked in early in the day to just browse around and see what was available. Found some interesting items and decided to come back later in the day. Upon our return we learned they were planning to close up the store earlier than what was posted, so we purchased the items we had found earlier. One of the items was a set of marble heart shaped coasters. Well, it was not a complete set and there were not complete sets to be found in the store. The price was adjusted accordingly and we left happy.Had we shown up 15 minutes later, the store would have been closed. I get it because it was bitter cold outside and almost NOBODY was out and about in Biltmore village that day.

The store is aesthetically pleasing & if you don’t mind being scoffed at for asking about gift wrapping services; during the holidays, and having your receipt tossed at you after your purchase, then definitely shop here.
