The COA are a perk and from someone that was in a medical state it’s extremely reassuring that this is a legit company that does their research and cares about the products :)

“We ordered tires; they have the best price but they have to order them. It took an hour for installation, as they promised but man, do they need a lesson or two in just smiling at the customers. It was like they all just hate their jobs. Not a great look.”

I have complained to management many times, and got nowhere with them.
It makes no sense. The profit from coffee drinks is enormous, but they could even sell K-cups (for $1) and have customers use a Keurig machine! No muss, no fuss, and happy customers who can get their coffee fix!
It might even get customers to stay longer and shop more if they can take a coffee break AND, they might even sell some cookies or pastries to the coffee drinkers!
This would make Sam’s Club one up on Costco, and who knows? They might even get some customers to switch to Sam’s, just bc they know they can get a hot drink on a cold Winter day!!!!”
“So my experience was a comedy of errors on my end. I ordered online and managed to order the wrong tires - always do a final check.From Sam's end of things, the guys were incredibly patient and kind. Getting the right tires ordered was a breeze and the young man who helped me (I should have gotten his name, but didn't) was attentive and perhaps the kindest soul I've ever seen in a big box store / auto shop. When I went in for the installation, the shop was a little busy, but Dominic and crew were friendly and helpful. They seem like a real team.Be aware that if you want tires installed, they are booking appointments about a week to 10 days out. With an appointment, my 4 tire install was done in about an hour. It takes about 3 days per the app for tires to arrive and they will call you to schedule when they get your tires. If they have what you need in stock, you can be worked in, but appointments take priority, so you may be waiting for a while.Overall, I got a great deal on a nice set of tires and everything is going great. I didn't need them urgently, so it was no problem to schedule ahead of time. The staff was easy to work with and made me feel at home.Edited to say: After reading some of the other reviews about waiting at the desk, look to see if there is a Q code in a frame at the register. Scan with your smartphone camera and tap the yellow link that comes up. That will notify staff that a customer is waiting.”
“All their staff are very friendly and professional. The assistant, Miss Jeanine was very accommodating when I called and asked for details. During my eye examination, Dr. Amy checked my eye thoroughly and was very kind to answer my questions. At the optical center, Ken, the guy who assisted me, was very patient to quote my lenses since I have an old frame I just need to be replaced for a higher power. I don’t have any insurance so I think their services are high quality at a low price.”
“Generally a good stop, usually high traffic so you may need to wait a bit. Pumps definitely need an update since it's become normal for the card reader to have an error. Other than that, I commonly stop here.”
