We have been with Western Heritage for probably 35 years and never had any issues at all. They can handle all our policies over the phone, so we only go by the office to visit. We have never had a bad experience. We love Western Heritage and always recommend them to friends and family.

We’ve been clients here for over 25 years. We have complex insurance needs and they’ve always been met with the best rate. As an example of the Western Heritage’s involvement in the community, and customer service, here’s a story:We had a rental property catch on fire several years ago. Do not use this company if Tameka is your agent. She will not complete her job responsibilities nor will she fulfill her duties as an insurance agent. I almost lost my home owners insurance because of her negligence. I had to take care of her responsibilities myself.
