Had another five star experience on 7/21/24. Wonderful sales team—friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help us piece together additional matching items that were still in the back. I love that I didn't have to ask "do you have more?" The team member overheard us discussing and searching through stock on the sales floor...came right over, offered to check backstock and found the additional item in the back within minutes. This is the second daughter that we're helping to furnish her first "after college" apartment from this store. Go frequently because inventory is constantly changing. We have found furniture from Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn as well as the obvious West Elm selections. Always in stock are the expected bedding, bath towels, curtains, rods, throw pillows, rugs, lighting etc—the extras that make a stark apartment feel like a cozy home. Appreciate you WE team!
ps. They frequently post updates to sales and additional discounts on Instagram. When I see additional deep discounts, I go out of my way to pop by!

Great Store. We bought a lot of items on sale today. Deals are amazing. Every employee in the store is very attentive and helpful. They helped us to load everything in our truck. Highly recommend.

Sad to report a couch I bought here broke within 2 weeks of buying it! After calling multiple times, they said that there was nothing they could do to help this, not even recommend or provide a repair service. After having high hopes about this outlet, due to the poor quality item and the even worse “resolution” of the issue by the staff, I won’t be buying anything else from here. I’d recommend taking your time and money elsewhere!

I was happy to see decent material quality. But the store layout was so unorganized and hard to find anything or description on most items .Even discounted items aren’t cheap so it was pretty disappointing to have such a bad experience.Signs everywhere not to open anything but how am I supposed to buy items like curtain rods and handles without know what they look like and quality of product especially since most of it looked like retapped returns. While I’m having to dig around an associate comes to tell me they close in 2 minutes. Never heard of a mall closing at 6 pm which was very frustrating. Just emptied my cart and left .

Wow, just wow. Best furniture store in the world. What sets this store apart from other furniture stores I've worked in, and the ones I've shopped in, is Shelly. She is a DREAM to work with. She is attentive, funny, helpful, and creative. She has been there for me more than any other sales person in my whole life. Seriously.Also, everyone on the crew is awesome, but shout-out to my main gal. Give her a raise, she has earned it!!!Thanks!!

I was looking to purchase a sectional from the Asheville Outlet store, but since I live a few hours away, I called the store yesterday to double-check some details such as dimensions, color and the store’s rules for purchasing, third party shipper, etc. During these conversations, I spoke to three different associates - Amanda, Shelly and Madison. I really appreciated Amanda, as she was friendly and very helpful. But with the other two associates, Shelly and especially Madison, I got the feeling from their curtness and unfriendly tone they were annoyed with me and not wanting to help.I thought that both of them might’ve been having a bad day and just overlooked it. However, today in the process of trying to complete the purchase, I experienced the same attitude, as did my friend - who was at the store to help me purchase the sectional.I ended up not purchasing the item not due to the fact of the unknown damage on the sectional (that’s understandable) or the overnight promotion change that I was not informed about, but because of the unpleasant attitude from the associate I was speaking with today (Madison).I love West Elm and have been a loyal customer, but some of the associates at this Asheville Outlet location need to improve their customer service. If you’re going to be annoyed with questions, then your store should not encourage customers to contact the store by phone or Instagram with any questions.I was really put off by this experience and I can say that I will not be purchasing anything from this store in the future. I hope other customers will have a better experience than I did.

You can find good deals but the discounts aren’t high enough for some badly damaged items. They do a good job of keeping it tidy.
