While the selection is decent, the customer service is abysmal. Walked into the store and asked the clerk for help selecting a bottle of wine for the evening. His response was to inform me that the store was organized by region and then walked away. The store was not busy. We left without making a purchase.

As an individual who seldom finds themselves inclined to write negative reviews, I find myself reluctantly compelled to share my recent encounter at this establishment. I entered with the intention of acquiring a beverage, only to be met with an unexpected denial of service without any discernible cause. Regrettably, the merchant's conduct towards me was marked by an astonishing lack of courtesy and professionalism. While I acknowledge that personal circumstances can impact one's demeanor, it is imperative to emphasize that projecting such negativity onto customers is both unwarranted and disheartening. Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment based on the unfavorable experience I had.

Super friendly!! I’m here visiting and this place was very inviting also awesome brews ??Update after being here a bit we were asked to leave because of a show. Tall curly haired guy super rude! But the bar tender is great so we have the band $100 and staying to hang with the bartender. I see why the other reviews though, definitely rude staff on deck.

The server was little stand-offish at first but overall we enjoyed the wine and he opened up at the end. Charcuterie is inexpensive and a great snack, you get what you pay for, hormel pepperonis and sliced apples.... and a few other bites. It did the job!

This is a small establishment that serves some wine and has retail part as well. It was very quiet and we were told we could get the beer that we've been looking for since we arrived in North Carolina and couldn't find so I'm very hopeful that that is the case. We were also able to find Spaten which is a delicious German beer. Very happy with this place and will be going back for sure.

Great place, try the charcuterie. Laid back atmosphere with numerous dulcimer's and homemade string instruments in the decor. It's our go-to place win in Ashville..

We needed a bottle to have for the hotel room and googled this cool spot within an easy walk from downtown happenings.I was a little worried from the outside that it was a wine bar however it’s both a retail wine store and a wine bar/tap room! Their wines prices are within a few dollars of what we usually pay for the same brands.Friendly staff and lights appetizers. I will say it’s an odd vibe in that there is zero vibe. Maybe on music night?
