I had insurance through this agency for 14 years and yet wayne treated me very disrespectfully. He treats you like a child and talks down to you. Don't go to this agent.

I have been a client of State Farm for over 20 years. Recently I was in a car accident in which my car was a total loss. Wayne Smith's office was extremely responsive, and I had a rental car arranged almost immediately and soon after compensation for my vehicle so I could purchase another car. The process was very efficient, and allowed me to continue my work and family obligations with very little issue. I am extremely grateful for that experience!
