Took my 2015 jetta in for oil change and to check out the warning light that was coming on and why we had to keep adding coolant. After paying around $4000 ended up still taking it somewhere else as it was leaking coolant and the heater didn’t work.needless to say they tightened up a few hoses and got my heater to work after doing a complete flush. Can only give a 3 star rating at this time.

Terrible Experience! Picked up vehicle w/ a broken windshield, total denial by service department that couldn't provide photos of vehicle when it arrived, how convenient, yet they take pictures of vehicles upon arrival for incoming service, part of the Standard Operating Procedures. Take pictures of your vehicle yourself, inside and out, CYA! ➡️Beware!

If you’re heading to this dealership make sure to ask for Vin. Made first time buying a car as easy as possible and went above and beyond every step of the way!!

I would definitely recommend Flow Volkswagen. They were very friendly and went out of their way to get the car we wanted. Our sales man Ryan Reynolds made sure we got just what we wanted. He kept in touch with us and let us know when the car arrived. He was very pleasant to work with. He made the whole process very easy . Great customer service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We love our new car. Two thumbs up ? for Ryan !

Do not let flow Volkswagen of Asheville work on your car they do not know what there doing other than screwing poor blue collar people off like me . I took my 14 Jetta in a couple of weeks ago because it was overheating and I lost heat coming from the vents so I payed them a 1 hr diagnostic fee and they told me the next day that the cause was from the water pump and thermostat so grudgely I said do it 2,200 later the next day Tiffany the service advisor says the car is good to go I pick it up and drive 7 miles down the interstate and guess what yep ? it overheated again. so late in the day they tow it back to the shop and give me a loaner car and now 10 days later they... Your gonna love this everybody say it needs a head gasket 5,900 I nearly fell. I've had conversations with the service advisor that that was bad businesses and what the automotive industry calls a comeback in which they usually fix the car for free bc they lied and said they had it fixed I mean my God how did the technician not discover the car wasn't fixed when he test drove it after the repairs... There is no reason that car should have been given back to me like that and it's absolutely highway robbery for them to say well it's not our fault it's just bull3$1! and then say another 5,900 dollars is absurd. I was a tech at 2 major dealerships and in all my years I've never seen a comeback car with the same problem not be fixed and paid for by the dealer this is bad business and not the way you keep customers.

Wont trust them with my car again.
What dealership messes up an oil change? This one. Picked up Touareg on Friday after oil change and lost half a quart by the time I got home. After leaving it to get checked out I received no communication till I called them towards the end of the day Monday. Stated they did nothing wrong….but after redoing it I have no more oil leak; like before they had my car there.

Very bad experiences here with misdiagnosis and poor communication. Twice, we’ve taken our 2015 TDi in, been told that the problem was X, paid handsomely to fix the problem, then had to return a few weeks later for the same problem and a new, more expensive diagnosis. Also, I made an appointment online but, when I arrived the next day the service writer said I had no appointment and that the online scheduling platform didn’t work. I had two confirmations of the appointment, but he was not interested. Communication with Flow was poor; they only responded if we asked “what’s the status”? Nearly two weeks and nearly $2000 later, we got the car back. During the time at Flow, someone stole our license plate. Flow said they’d “look at the cameras” but I don’t think they did. Nor did they express any regret or concern. What a sad decline in what used to be a great dealership, Harmony Motors. We’ll go to Greenville or Spartanburg the next time we need VW dealer service.
June 15 Update: I received a response from Mr. Bishop. He asked me to call him to discuss my dissatisfaction. So, I called. My call went to his voice mail and I left a message with my name, number, and reason for calling. Four days later, I still haven’t heard back. This just reinforces my sense that Flow VW is disinterested or unable to provide a basic level of professional service. Our next new car won’t be a VW/Audi/Porsche product unless a new dealership open in Asheville. Too bad, because these are great cars, but I would hate to be dependent on Flow VW to service it.

It’s been 2 years with my Atlas VW everytime we bring the car for maintenance we share the issues we have we the car, the computer sometimes isn’t working right, it doesn’t connect with my phone, black outs and can’t see the back camera and it doesn’t work the wireless charger phone. When we pick the car obviously they say everything is fine now and we update the program. This year, we tried the car before we leave and it wasn’t working properly, they try and try but no success.
It’s been a week since then and nobody calls to schedule an appointment and take care of my car, as they promised to call.
I’m very disappointment because we bought a VW thinking is going to be our forever car but it isn’t .
Update:
We got our car back and after they tried 5 phones they said the wireless charger works ! But unfortunately we still have same issue. No problems with the back camera which is good, and we have to turn off the Bluetooth from our phone while connected with a wire charger if we want to listen an app music. I guess not a big deal.

Erika and the team at VW made the whole buying process seamless and painless. Not high pressured, just qualified my needs and the entire process only took a couple hours.

Great buying experience, especially for a 1st time buyer. Everyone was so helpful, especially Erika DeBlock. She knocked it out of the park and got me into the car I needed for the price I wanted. No hidden fees, no mark-ups, and detailed explanations throughout the purchase. Couldn't ask for a better experience, thank you Flow VW!

Got an estimate here and it was $1100 over 2 other dealerships I had dealt with in the past.I was told by a trusted Service Advisor, that rates are at the discretion of the dealership, but some moral compasses don't always point north. Would not buy a car here or have work done. Wish I could do lower than one star. Very disappointed, I have great experiences at the two other Volkswagen Dealerships.
