If I could remove all the stars on this post I would. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. The first time I went to this dealership was for an oil charge and my front end assist light came on. They told me the alignment was off and needed to be fixed. I was told it was not covered under my warranty. Only had 10,000 miles on my car at the time. Purchased the vehicle with 11 miles on it. Spent $369.95 to fix. Two days later the light came back on. Started a new job and couldn't get the time off to fix it again. Second time was for another oil change and I asked them to look at the front end assist again. I scheduled an appt at 2 pm Oct 13th. I checked in and was shown the lounge. I was told William will be right with me. 30 mins later he showed up with an iPad to show me a car that is not mine. He asked me if I was aware that my engine light was on. I told him that was not my car and couldn't have gotten into my car since I still had my car keys. He stated he would fix the information and get back with me. 20 mins go by he told me it was in the shop and they are going to look at it. I was there until 5 pm. I waited 3 hours for a oil change. I was told they couldn't fix the front end assist since it would take 4 hours to fix on a calibration machine. I scheduled an appt for Oct 10/18/23 at 7:30 am the first appt of the morning. I called 10/17/23 to verify the cost of the fix since it wasn't discussed when I was told about the issue. I spoke to a gentlemen named john who told me the information of the wrong vehicle was still under my name for my car. That my car had 65000 miles on it instead of 19000 that was actually on it. I received a call back from William telling me that he is sorry and has updated and put the correct information in. That my car is under warranty and it will be covered at 100%. The next day, I dropped my car off. I didn't hear back from the dealership. I called at 1 pm and left a vm. I receive a txt that my car may not be serviced that day even though it has been there since 730. I receive a call at 2 pm that my car is now not under warranty and I will have to pay $660 to recalibrate my car. I asked him to speak with his service manager and get back with me. I didn't not receive call back. Went to the dealership at 5 pm to be told that not only did he not speak to his manager that he can't help me.I left a vm for a service manager and was not given the luxury of a call back.I will never use your dealership again. I will never purchase a vehicle from Volkswagen again. If I have issues with my car I will drive to Spartanburg SC or Kingsport TN then reuse your dealership. I will be filing a complaint with Volkswagen for the service I was awarded at your dealership. I have spoken to several people especially women who feel this dealership discriminate against them. Customer service doesn't exist with your staff.

The last two experiences I have had with the service department have been HORRIBLE!! Specifically in regard to the customer service from the service managers. Most recently Jesse was very disrespectful and laughed at me (I'm a female) when I was trying to understand what was going on with my car. And the tech failed to provide information in a timely manner like he said he would in his video reviewing the work that needed to be done.

Honestly, this dealership is top notch! From the initial call all the way through the service process I am a happy customer. We live innNevada but spend the winters in WNC. Flow is our go to for service, warranty and repairs. If you need a reputable dealership this is it. And they even call an UBER if the wait will be long. Thanks Flow

Several months ago, visiting friend, my GTI needed servicing. It turned out being a complicated series of repairs. The car had to be returned for more repairs. Imheartily recommended Flow , Ashville, for their professional integrity in solving the issues at hand. They "did the right thing." Being from out of town, it was a stressful issue, losing my car for awhile, and my return home was delayed a week, but the staff at Flow made it an easy run. Thanks again for your help, ladies and gentlemen at Flow ! Sincerely, Frank from Brooklyn, NY

We are from South Carolina and purchased an automobile from Flow VW of Asheville and paid $699.00 Admin. fees and $107.75 for registration, tags, title. Three weeks after the purchase we received a call from Flow and said we needed to pay property taxes in SC before the title, tags & registration could be processed. We were not told at the time of the sale (when that was the time to be told) that the property taxes must be paid upfront. The payment is not the problem it was timing of 3 weeks after the sale that we were informed bc we were issued a temporary tag for only 30 days.A representative from Flow also told us it could be done online. After a call to the tax auditor's office they said if it was done online it could take up to 10 to issue a bill and then you pay online and it could be another 5 days for a receipt to be issued. To avoid unnecessary delays, I took it upon myself to go to the tax auditor's office to pay in person. If I had the Certificate of Origination (similar to a birth certificate of the vehicle) I could have gone to the South Carolina DMV and taken care of the registration, title and tags the same day.I called the dealership and was told they could not give me the Certificate of Origination. Note: We have purchased vehicles from North Carolina & Georgia before and were given the Certificate and we processed our vehicles ourselves in person. Nevertheless, I sent the paid tax receipt to Flow's and was told the paperwork would be overnighted to SCDMV. That would leave 9 days before our temporary tag expired. Our temporary tag expires today. I asked Flow's for and extension on the temporary tag and was told one could not be issued. I am not pleased with the amount of money that was collected for administrative services and riding around with an expired temporary tag & not knowing when my tags will arrive. I was told by the dealership it was out of their hands and they had no control on SCDMV. If they had not waited 3 weeks after the sale to tell me property taxes needed to be paid maybe I would not be riding around on an expired tag. All of the above have been brought to the attention of our sales person, General Manager and person that processes the tags, title and registration in an effort that this type of delay does not happen to other customers from outside of the state of North Carolina.
