I visited the Verizon store across from the Biltmore outlets in Inca today. My associate was Nate Neville. I’d like to say that he was very informative, helpful friendly, and knowledgeable about the iPhone that I had. What a nice experience!

This store deserves zero stars. Their customer service is nonexistant. I purchased a new phone. When I noticed a manufactures defect in the phone, they treated me as if I lied. They wanted me to use insurance and pay another $99 dollars to fix a manufacturers defect for a new phone I just paid over $1200.00 for. When I told them I wanted to return the phone under the 30 return poilcy, they told me they could not take it back because it was damaged. Never again will I grace a store owned by Cellular Sales. Since they represent Verizon, I am switching to a different carrier after 20 plus years.

I was hiking with my dog and slipped on a rock by a waterfall and just crushed my phone in my pocket. Walked in to the store, a bit dusty and dirty, but that didn’t matter, Caleb welcomed me in and in a little over an hour I walked out with a brand new iPhone 15 Max!!!
Caleb, David and Matt were there and although Caleb did most of the heavy lifting, they all helped in one way or another. Since Caleb was so focused on making every detail an easy transition, it seemed like magic as, before I knew it, I was holding a beautiful blue titanium IPhone.
This weekend, being the Asheville Music Weekend, I have to say they get the award for greatest Rock Stars in Asheville!

Update:
The store manager for this area took care of us. He did a good job of apologizing for this issue and correcting it. It took some time but I received the phone and the discount even though it was passed the expiration date. He was very nice and did the best that could be done given the situation.
Original post:
Do not go to this store! No matter who you speak with you will not be provided with good customer service. We went in to get a new phone that was a deal of you go to a store. They said they ordered the phone, bottom line they never did. We called several times to figure out where the phone was but no one could find it. Then they said no one ordered but they also wouldn't order it then. We wasted over 8hrs in the store and calling with these people to never get a phone. The deal has since ended so now when they want to order it we can't get the deal! Basically we are out of a new phone which should have been free when we upgraded our line. So now we pay more for our lines without the new phone. They continually gave us the run around until the deal was over to try to get more money out of us. Just go to Google Fi where you pay less, get a better phone, and don't have to hassle with this store! Good bye Verizon!

I was fortunate to have the assistance of Matthew, Verizon Associate, located at 851 Brevard Road, Asheville. He excels in customer service ~ helpful, patient and professional. Matthew made sure I had all the available information to make a decision when it became apparent that my cell phone could not be repaired and would need to be replaced.
My first search for help was at Verizon on Airport Road. The associate there gave the impression that it was an inconvenience to even listen to my problem. I will avoid this store in the future.

I don’t typically expect exceptional service at a cell phone store (just competent assistance and a clear idea of the fees, services , etc.). Samantha, our associate at this location, was absolutely wonderful, one of the most knowledgeable, patient, and helpful employees of any cell phone service we have used. She figured out a way for our family to receive several phone upgrades and shift to unlimited data, all while lowering our actual monthly bill. We had all kinds of questions and she answered everything. Highly recommended!

Yetzi is knowledgeable, kind, and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out in a stressful situation. I would recommend this location and especially Yetzi to anyone!
I came in very near closing time just hoping for any amount of help and she stayed with me until well after closing to make sure I was all set up in time to make my flight the next morning. Even though it was a rush situation, she took her time to explain my options and make sure I had what I needed. I can not thank her enough. Highly recommend. Thank you, Yetzi!

So I walked into this place to get my almost 80 year old grandmother a phone. The lady "Yetzi" was on the phone when I came in the store was completely empty. After Yetzi conversation ended on the phone, she asked how she could assist me today? So I told her I'm looking for a simple cheap phone for my grandmother and she goes into her up sale. Asking if I like Iphones or whatever. I told her we don't use Iphones. Droid for life!! Anyways, she returns with two one thousand dollar phones. I was not happy with this. So again, I told her she is almost 80. She doesn't need a smartphone she is used to a flip phone. Mind you, the store was completely empty it took me 30 mins to get out of there. She finally said, "Let me see what we have in the back." To my surprise, she listened this time. It was a flip phone. My overall experience here wasn't good. I wish sales people saw us the customers as humans and not just a commission check. If I was an unaware old guy she would have gladly made me spend 1200 bucks without batting an eye. Just shop online.

Did spend much time here. The person working refused to show me phones. Currently own an XR I purchased from them years ago right out (I don't like contracts and am luck enough to be in a position to pay for the phone straight up), but apparently the person at this store didn't want to sell me a new phone or discuss phones with better cameras, so I went to the "actual" Verizon store on tunnel road and was able to update my phone without issue.

Went to this location to look for a new phone. 2 associates were working. I was nervous as I was unfamiliar with this store. Associate named Archer took the time to review my account and ask what I wanted. Archer and his fellow associate, Joshua, looked over my account and found a way to save me money along with upgrading my phone. Archer went above and beyond providing excellent service. If you need help, go see Archer.
