*DO NOT GO HERE* Horrible experience yesterday. Not a Verizon corporate location--they're just a licensed retail store there to sell you new phones. Took my mom here after we thought her iPhone had bricked. Employee was smug, unsympathetic, and impatient with her because she was very frustrated. The guy almost seemed to enjoy upsetting her further (he was bald w/ a beard). Go to the actual store in Arden--they were fantastic over there and had my mom's phone back online in no time.

My husband & I came into Verizon and were greeted by Adam Bustami who helped us from start to finish in getting new phones and plan. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, very confident and easy to understand when our account details were explained to us. I came into the store nervous and left comfortable & satisfied with our new plan!

Spent $1200 on a new samsung galaxy s23 here, plus a case and screen protector.Screen protector broke from being in my pocket. never dropped, and then a tiny crack on my phone appeared. Obviously a very cheap protector but no big deal...Then my phone stops charging. I bring it into this store and was told by a less-than-pleasant employee that I'm out of luck because of the tiny hairline crack on my screen -- she claimed this was why my phone wasn't charging!So now I have a $1200 brick that doesn't charge. Thanks!

Went in today for a new phone and I was greeted by a salesman named brooks, this guy was awesome gave me tons of option to choose from and gave me pros and cons of the phones I was looking at to help me make a good choice answered all my questions professionally and keep the small talk up to make me feel welcomed I finally decided on a iPhone 15 plus absolutely already love this phone, he made this process so easy, this store is 45 minutes to and hour from my house and there’s stores 15 minutes from my house but I will be taking the extra drive from now on, thank you so much brooks and the Hendersonville road store

Young man and in the cell phone section to this time. After immediately replacement glass screen myself on. You shouldn't lean, did this perfectly and quickly beyond impress. Thank you to the young man helped. But the glass power on my screen. In my cell phone, he deserves a raise..

Came in on Sunday Oct 8th. Was not greeted or helped at all. Needed a brand new phone because my old one was acting up. Went to the Arden store and got my brand new phone and watch. Don’t go to Hendersonville Rd. store. Waste of time and gas.
