I recently had a problem, but it turns out it was a communication problem with a store representative. I visited the store and the Manager and his staff went above and beyond wonderful and took care of everything for me. Thank you very much!

Its not often that I can say I feel as if I have a friend at the Verizon store, but after a recent experience purchasing a new phone, I feel that I do. Melanie is personable, knowledgeable, intelligent and efficient. A problem solver who genuinely enjoys being courteous and helpful, and was willing to follow through on our purchases to make sure everything was working perfectly.

Had a great experience with Brock this morning, definitely recommend him if you need help.The mediocre rating is due to the other rep working with Brock. He had a pretty bad attitude and for some reason got a tone with Brock when we made the mistake of bringing him into our conversation.The other rep was more interested in what was on his smartphone than interaction with a potential customer.He needs to check his attitude or get out of retail.

Logan was extremely helpful, courteousprofessional and knowledgeable. Logan cares and listens to the customer's needs. Logan provided excellent customer service and he will be my go to representative. He is an asset to the organization.

We came into the Asheville store and spoke to Matthew Lavigna about a problem with our bill. He was extremely helpful with explaining the issue to us and rectifying the problems created by Russell Cellular in Spruce Pine, NC. From now on, we will always come to this Asheville store for anything related to our Verizon account.

I had a great experience working with Matthew Lavigna. He saved me over $1,200 dollars on a new IPad and IPhone. In addition, I accidentally left my debit card in the store, the mall was closed, and he was driving home. I texted him that I left it in the store. He turned around, without even being asked, and returned my card to me. 100/10 customer service. Will definitely go to Matthew again for all my technology needs.

A little late on the post but I came in a few weeks ago to get some help with my military discount. I can’t remember the guys name who helped me but I remember he had a very nice suit on and slicked back hair lol. He help me get my work phone fixed and not only did he get my military discount back on my plan but they even reimbursed me the month before when the discount fell off..just wanted to say thank you and if I ever need help again I know where I’m going.

Very helpful with helping me get a new phone and transferring all my data from my old phone to my new one. Thank you to Aubrey and the rest of the guys that were there to help me navigate a whole new operating system! Going from ios to Android after 10 years is no easy task! It was incredibly difficult to purchase an iPhone at Verizon because I have a prepaid account. That seems opposite of what should happen!The store staff handled the issues beautifully and I’m home with a new device and all of my data on it.Big Thanks to Tristan and Logan!!By the way, please put a 5G tower by Barnardsville Verizon and make it possible for prepaid customers to order devices through you. Thanks!

I had a great experience working with Peyton at this location. One of the easiest phone transitions I've ever had. His customer service skills are great! He helped me lower my monthly fee and get onto a better plan first. Then I realized I did want to get a new phone and he guided me through those steps. If you go to this store, ask for Peyton!

Worked with Tristan an amazing professional, was getting multiple texts about upgrading and when I came in I was denied! However Tristan went to bat for me and contacted customer support to get it sorted. Was able to get it resolved and now I love my new phone! Absolutely recommend this retailer, knows how to show customers how far they will go to earn your business. Thank you Tristan!

I want to apologize for calling the Verizon gentlemen scammers. I'm actually just cheap and they were really nice and helpful to me and solved my problem (that was my fault) the best they could. Shouting is never the answer. I'm sorry for being a Karen. Y'all deserve a raise. Sincerely, the crazy lady that wanted to buy a charger and return it later because she forgot hers at home ❤️

My husband and I both went into the Asheville Mall store to buy new phones. Matthew LaVigna was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Transferred all of our data to our new phones. (Which I was so thankful for.) Plus he helped with all our accessories, gave us helpful hints, and was just a wonderful salesperson. When you go in ask for Matthew.
