Really wish I could get 5g here in Ashville n.c. service is awful, store and employees are great, but service is awful

I've been a Verizon customer for over 30 years, and stay because of the customer service when I go in store. Mark took excellent care of me and Pete as well. Everyone there is professional and knowledgeable and I'm so grateful for their help.
