The inside of the store looks very good and professional. The staff was so busy they did not acknowledge me or two other customers that came in before and after me. The staff that finally waited on me seemed distant and not eager to help me. After 30 minutes of waiting. Verizon good not help. A waste of my time. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years, I may consider a new cell company for my needs.
