Phone screen wouldn’t turn on. Guy in Verizon plugged it up and said he could feel it vibrate must be the screen or LED. Asked if I wanted to look at the options they had. I declined. I didn’t want a new phone. Took it to the IT repair shop next to Rocky chicken shack. He hard reset it (Why did the Verizon guy not do this?) Probably because they are in the business of selling new phones not fixing them. The update caused it to freeze. He Didn’t charge me. They get 5 stars. This store gets 1 because 0 isn’t available.

Jason (aka J Money) was amazing! He was so patient and helped us get the best deal for my son’s new phone with zero pressure. We had his full attention the entire time we were there, and he made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing customer service! The only place we will go for our phone service needs!

Bobby did a fantastic job at Welcoming us into the store and he did a great job at getting us the best deals and I also like how he asked a lot of questions so that he could get the best deal for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a new line or anything. He was very very positive and kind. Thank you so so so sm Bobby and we will be back.
