Terrible .. not many choices and they have pictures of every criminal ever caught as front door wall paper and even at the register it's just not professional or welcoming so I went down the street to metro hair store.

It's small and the selection of hair chair products is decent but weave/extensions are subpar. The staff is always super nice and helpful and sometimes will order things for you that they don't carry in-store.

The best beauty and hair supply store around!!! You can't beat their prices. They have a huge selection and the staff could not be more kind or helpful. We drive 30 minutes to visit Venus even though we have multiple beauty supply stores that are closer.
