Refused to delivery package despite direct requests from USPS consumer affairs that package be delivered. Additionally, I was never able to get someone from this post office on the phone, which is why consumer affairs became involved.

3 times now I have waited for a notification that I have a Package. 3 times the notification never came. This last Package arrived on July 17th. I couldn't find it until July 26th when I went down to the Management office of the Apartment building I live in. There in front of the office was about 20 boxes. I found my box and all those packages had been just sitting there for weeks. A

The front desk staff is great. I really like Terry. He and the others are always so friendly and helpful. I have had a PO Box here for over a year and I really like the cleanliness of the space. My only complaint is that the tiles in the ceiling are very damaged and fall down into the lobby when it rains hard causing a bit of a hazard. It appears there is a hole in the ceiling because sometimes there are also water puddles after hard rain. Hopefully they get this issue fixed soon. Other than that, great space.
