USPS is NOT delivering the service we pay for.
I’m beyond frustrated. Multiple times now, USPS has marked my Amazon packages as “attempted delivery” when they never even tried. No knock. No doorbell. No note. Nothing. Just a false status update. Then, later flagged for pick up. It would be one thing if this was a one time occurrence, but this has been happening for years.

Fix your operation hours on the pick up slips before you send them out to customers.. It’s an inconvenience to arrive and realize you have been misled with the information that was provided to you.

Clerk #10 at 12:10PM 8/29/2024 was incredibly nasty to say the least in my 63 years of always being a federal express customer I needed to send something by the US Postal Service and this agent was so nasty did not let me check anything on the monitor not even to verify an address it just kept going and going, and I said, sir even let me verify the address he goes you don’t need to. I already saw it gave me the receipt and said there’s no address on the receipt and then said next so rude terrible terrible customer service then there’s no number to reach out to contact anybody so no wonder the ratings and reviews are so low. This is an elderly man so nasty . The employee who was working to the right of him was so incredibly nice and needs to be recognized. I don’t know his name, but he was so nice to then be treated so nasty by his coworker when I brought my package back up.

Mail Carrier threw my package out in the road at the top of my driveway. Filled out complaint online but of course nothing happened, no one contacted me!

Pretty solid USPS location. I've been using this location for about 10 months. They usually have 3 people working the counter, which helps the line move. All of the employees I've interacted with have been friendly and efficient! I do wish this location had an automated package machine in the lobby, like some other USPS locations, because the biggest wait is caused by the other people in line.

They often won't deliver packages to my house because "there is not a secure location". But they do sometimes? What's the point of getting something delivered direct if I have to go pick it up anyways.

Horrible wait time on the phone an hour and they had just opened something don’t seem right to me and on top of that they grew my package away and didn’t wait the amount of time or try to contact me I am beyond mad rn

I paid $40 for a key replacement weeks before Christmas, it's now past Christmas and I still have no keys. I talked to one of theem that worked there and he was beyond rude to me in front of other people, because I had my kids with me I didn't get on his level

I've didn't get 2 of my packages that should have been delivered by USPS. I'm out $195. I will go to any lengths not to mail through the USPS.
