Lost my package, then found it, then lost my packing slip, thenAshley left me a voicemail to call and confirm what I want them to do, then it's impossible to reach anyone. I have left two sets of instructions, why I am I being asked to call again? Guess I'll have to drive to the post office a second time because they are too lazy to do their job.

Website useless. Local station won’t answer phone. Robocall keeps hanging up. Cannot submit info on supposedly undeliverable letter and package. Three cents needed to get package thru customs but will not accept any credit cards. I’m left with no options and two missing pieces of mail.

Numerous packages marked as delivered, however that is completely untrue nothing has been delivered. This happens very often and is unprofessional. Probably be better off if they had went out of buisness.

They lost my disability check can't find it won't help me. Said kassandra would be in touch. That was a lie then I called her was lied to and hung up on. Mail gets delivered to my mailbox that doesn't belong to me. Most incompetent people. Worst service. Just horrible. Trash. All trash

Prescriptions in small bag thrown on ground at mailbox. Flag up on my mailbox Saturday, did not pick up important mail??? Placed Edward jones mail in wrong box. Looked wet and muddy when put in box by neighbor. Dianna the only consistently good carrier..

Avoid this post office if you are a woman as there is a very hostile employee DAVID who treats the female customers with apparent misogynist behavior My female neighbors are also complaining about David

David is probably the nastiest postal employee. He should not be working with the public. All my neighbors have the same problem with David. The other employees are great . Put David in the back sorting mail.

Yes, it's a busy time of year, but it doesn't cost you any extra effort to be polite or at least professionally courteous. How miserable you must be to spend 8 hours a day being that unfriendly.

Plenty of parking and a very courteous staff inside. This post office includes PO Boxes and after hours drop boxes. The service desk also offers shipping products available for purchase.
