The staff here are great. Dr. Mezzles was fantastic the first time we were here (last March) and is evaluating our baby again due to a recurrent mass. Highly recommend this team.

SAVES is taking great care of our dog since her leg cancer was diagnosed! The staff - each of them- consistently demonstrate professionalism and kindness! I am so grateful for this practice and what appears to be a very consistent and thorough approach to small animal care.

My pup was referred for a neurologist consult at SAVES after a seizure, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of care we received. The facility looks brand new and well-designed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Arizmendi is fantastic— she truly listened to what was going on, examined my dog thoroughly, and developed an actionable treatment plan. I felt confident knowing my dog was getting the best care possible. Thank you!

The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Our dog received excellent care. Medication was prescribed which may alleviate the need for surgery.

On Friday I came home to my 6 year old dachshund that was paralyzed in her hind legs. After rushing her to SAVES. They suspected she had IVDD. They kept her over night and did an MRI on Saturday confirming she did have IVDD gave me the options of meds or surgery. With the percentage rate of quality of life we opted for back surgery. The staff was diligent and Dr O was outstanding. The staff and doctors took their time and was very knowledgeable on my little girls care. They saved my baby. Post-op almost a week later she is walking (but only 5 minutes at a time-on potty breaks). Crate resting and is comfortable. Long road to recovery. But it would have not been possible if it had not been for the quick response in my little girls situation. Thank you SAVES. I definitely will give you all 10+ and more. I will tell all my friends and family and get the word out about what good care and service my baby and I received.

Wait time was minimal to get in to see the doctor, staff is friendly, doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

We were referred to SAVES after moving to Asheville with our dog in need of continued chemotherapy. All of the staff and Dr. George are great. They didn't miss a best and our dog did not have any delay in treatment. Communication with our of state Veteranarian was seamless. People medicine should be this perfect!

My little Bella was treated so gently . Dr. Christ got on the floor and let her come to him. He cradled her and she loved every minute of it. It is the first time with him and I feel very confident in his treatment he has set up for her.

The doctors and support were wonderful with Scooby as they always are. It was really comforting to hear the white noise of an ocean rolling while I was sitting in the oncology room, waiting to hear the results of Scooby scans. Dr. George did a great job explaining what she saw and is always comforting when I ask her questions. I Holly recommend. SAVES!!

SAVES was wonderful! My dog, Sparky had an appointment with a neurologist there, and she had an emergency at the last minute that she needed to attend to. But knowing, due to my schedule, how hard it is for me to change appointments, they worked with us and got him in that same day anyway. They were friendly, helpful, polite, courteous, and did a great job! I highly recommend them!
