I don't know why this company exists! So I was returning a single clothing item and provided the employee with the company's printed return form that had the address in big, bold writing. I didn't notice it at the time but the employee transposed two numbers in the zip code so it got returned since the delivery person could not find the non-existent address. When I went back to the store, the employee (the same one who entered the wrong zip code) told me that I would have to pay to re-ship the item. They said I signed off that the address was correct so they are not responsible. I called their customer service and they said the same thing. So, I basically paid them to make a mistake and I'm responsible because I couldn't see the tiny writing on the receipt. Not only that but they charged me at a 1 lb shipping rate when the item only weighed .25 lbs. Their website says they're "committed to world-class customer service". What world is that? Dune?! Middle Earth?! Dante's Nine Circles of Hell?!

Giving 3 starts as I’m sure the other staff in this location are great. But DO NOT COME HERE for notary services. As the owner of a small business for 1” years I care here to have a line de rene notarized. I had already signed it which she informed me she had to witness the signature. I looked up notary law and I could add an additional signature for her to witness me signing and it would be completely legal. She informed me that this law was up to her discussions and she would not notarize the form even after watching me sign it again. Now having wasted over an hour trying to get this signed I will need to drive somewhere else for a notary.

This UPS store has ALWAYS come through for my shipping needs, for returned items, large or small, and for sending items safely and expeditiously to loved ones.

I was having a bad morning and running errands. Came to drop off some Amazon returns and my phone was not cooperating the sweet girl at the front helped me get the labels pulled up and was so kind in assuring me I wasn’t a bother. It’s the little things but this store is doing something right!

The people who work there are great. So courteous and willing to help. They will wrestle my large heavy package out of my car and still hold the door open for me as we go in the store. Shredding ,returns or sending gifts to family is all so easy at this store. It's in a great location,so convenient for me.

I've been coming to this location for a few years now and the staff here are always so helpful and efficient. I choose this location over others just because of how great and reliable these employees are here, so SHOUT OUT to them for being so awesome at what they do!

Whether it’s a holiday or just an ordinary day, the workers at this store are super efficient, polite and helpful. This is the BEST UPS around!

This location is excellent!!! I went there a few weeks ago to return some Amazon items. I had a LOT to return -- like, at least 30 items, probably more, and most of them had individual codes ?? The young lady working there that day -- I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, but will be sure to the next time I visit!! -- was SO amazing. She was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout. And also had such a warm and friendly demeanor. I felt bad having to have her scan and pack up so much, but she genuinely seemed to take it in stride and like it wasn't a big deal at all. She also was very efficient in getting it all processed!! I'm so glad I came to this location and that she was the person who helped me!I will be back (hopefully with not so many returns next time ?).
