I just saw the two ridiculous reviews posted of this location. It’s obvious that someone had an associate, friend, or family member add a fake negative posts because someone got embarrassed for being made aware they were using store inventory to ship their package. Tape is not free nor any other product. The remark of whether you would associate with an employee is not relevant or valid. The follow up review is ridiculous. No one “steals” one AirPod. Terrible behavior from people that could get someone fired because they don’t think the rules apply to them.

Went here to ship an opened box of AirPods to my sister. Brand new. I went through Belmar he seemed thorough and adamant to help. Asked if I wanted a box to put them in with bubble wrap to insure that they remained undamaged. I agreed paid the $35 and left. I got a call a few days later from my sister and found out that the AirPod case arrived empty and only one AirPod was in the box… she called this location and asked for security camera footage. Then magically the missing AirPod was found. I am not pleased with the service I received from this location.

I’ve always loved doing business here. Everyone has been extremely helpful and kind. Never had a single issue out of the hundreds of times I’ve done business here. Until they hired gollum to work front of house with customers. For some reason this creep constantly remembers me and makes remarks that are seemingly meaningless but not harmful. Until he thought it would be a good idea to first directly address me, as if I know or would ever associate with someone like him and secondly, to tell me that I was “getting too much free tape” and that they have tape for sale. My initial reaction was just pure shock, so naturally I laughed in his face and walked out. However after processing what happened I began to feel deeply disturbed that he would intentionally try to call me out and humiliate me for being a normal person just trying to drop off an Amazon return. The manager Josh is extremely kind and was very helpful. Maybe gollum will learn a lesson on customer service and save his bad attitude for himself.I believe he goes by Belmar.. and he can have his precious tape. I hope he’s gone soon because I’m tired of looking at him

We HIGHLY recommend The UPS Store on Tunnel Road. The support that we received from Josh and his team was vital to our successful relocation to the Netherlands. Their outstanding service was a great comfort to us.
