Went today to send a computer keyboard back to Amazon the erkle looking employee rudely told me it would be good old cash money which I knew that then he rudely informed me that I would need a box he was being a smart a…………………….sssssssss Iafter I watched him be ole so nice to the female in front of me he was what looked like to me he was training a another man I guess he was showing off in front of him it’s not like ole Elle has got the best kid in the world I want never never go there again I don’t usually post reviews but when I feel like I been disrespected I give back what was give to me thank you

They lost or stole my Amazon return. Lines out the door should be the least of your concerns.I called and spoke with a rep named Ashley after the location responded to my review. Ashley said she would do some research and call me back - she didn't keep her word for whatever reason. I called again and left a voice mail which was also not returned.The reply from the location is meaningless, as I did what they suggested and was treated with disrespect. There is a cultural problem either at this location or with UPS in general.Take the drive to the Hendersonville Rd or Merrimon Ave locations. They don't lose or steal packages at those locations in my experience.

Going here is one of the most annoying experiences you can have. Depending on what day it is will seemingly dictate the moods, speed and number of employees (very few) working here. If you say the wrong thing, you'll get sent away with some snark... or maybe they'll be nice and understanding! Who knows!!For how much business they get, you'd think they'd spend a little bit more on staffing. Can't wait to see the AI-like reply i get from "the owner".

So, Ups makes 100 Billion (with a B) a year and can’t manage this sorry ups store. Always 20-30 min waiting lines to even drop off prepaid packages. Always understaffed, staff is rude and unhappy to perform their job duties. Ups you are loosing me as a customer, I do prefer overpay several dollars and go to FedEx Ship Center on Biltmore Avenue, way more superior service.

This UPS store is one of the most understaffed, rudest, laziest, UPS stores I’ve ever been in. The location is convenient because it is on my way home from work. However, I will go miles out of my way to skip the hour long line, rude workers, non-working equipment. It is so frustrating to stand there and listen to not properly trained people struggle. They have exactly 2 stations to assist customers in a city that could easily need at least 10. The store on Merrimon Avenue is far superior, friendly staff, plenty of people working to help you, and you will never be in there for more than five minutes. Skip this store. it sucks.

I would like to state that I have been coming here for five years with a great experience. Today, I was serviced by a tall man with a beard. He is very nasty and I wanted to charge me a $1.07 to tape a box shut. I left the box untapped (Amazon return ) so they could see multiple items. He spoke down to me and is a horrible individual. I will tape the box myself and return another time to the other lovely people.that work here. This person should go work somewhere else.

This is truly the worst UPS store in America. Every time I come here you could be behind one person or seven. You’ll be waiting at least 20 minutes to drop off a pre-printed and pre-packaged item. They need a better system. It might be worse than the DMV.

Horrible experience - will never go back. Miserable customer service, nasty employees who don’t seem to know what they are doing - they seem very confused and unorganized. They have 2 lines - one for Amazon returns and one for other shipments. We waited over 30 minutes for our nonAmazon return while people with Amazon returns could just walk in and get served immediately.

I dread going to this location to the point I have started driving 15 more minutes to avoid it. The manager is extremely rude and completely ignores customers. Last time I was there, she was berating her employee over the work schedule, when there was a line of 10 people! So inappropriate. Every single time I am there it is a negative experience. Honestly, this place has more negative energy than the DMV. Do yourself a favor and stay away
