Jennifer, the store manager, did not offer a paper receipt when I told her I did not want to provide my email. In fact, Jennifer only stated there was an email receipt. Jennifer told me to have a nice day when I stated I was not providing my email in order to make this purchase. I will call be calling corporate to notify Jennifer is not offering paper receipts, and that is a shame this Manager is running off customers in order to make her email capture goals. I was told to provide my email or have a nice day and leave, basically.Under Armour should replace Jennifer with someone who takes care of the customers, not runs them off for her own personal gain. This made the company lose sales, lose a customer, and receive a bad review.Jennifer also insulted my intelligence when I called for the corporate number, stating that I left before she could explain the paper receipt option. Jennifer clearly said, "Have a nice day" after I told her I would not provide my email in order to make this purchase, nothing else was said after that. Jennifer should have said, "No worries, I will provide a paper receipt." Jennifer clearly was rude and misleading for her own email capture goal.Jennifer is doing Under Armour's guest a disservice while breaking policy to do so. Someone please help the customers that bring in your income, and do something about Jennifer the Manager that should be trainned in customers perception. Jennifer had two employees standing behind her by less than a foot. There is no sales record to trace this event, but i know the time it happened. It was about 11:30am, on September 30th. The cameras can show the rest. And please teach Jennifer to respect a customer not wanting to provide their personal email. Clearly, Jennifer knew better at some point in her career before she started abusing the guests. Hopefully, with me speaking out, I can help other customers not fall victim to this abuse of authority.

Purchased boots first week of august. They started coming apart at the toes. Took them back. And the manager said there is a no return policy if shoes have been worn. I said I return a pair couple years ango and she said that was a different manager and I am not letting you return them if you have worn them. Less than a month old. Spoke to another employee and he said it is the managers doing take them to another store. Only problem is neatest one is over hour away. Don’t buy shoes from here if you are going to wear them and discover defects

I purchased a pair of shoes online for my grandson. The receipt said I could return them or exchange them at any store. My daughter took them to the Asheville outlets store today at 12:00 noon and the store would not allow her to exchange them because I used PayPal as my payment source. No where in my checkout process was this disclosed and the person at the store was not at all helpful.

I am in a profession that is one Under Armour honors discounts for. I made a purchase, but did not have my work badge to show my credentials. I tried to pull up online to verify, but was unable as the site just kept spinning. Jennifer was the store manager on that day and told me I could go to my car and get my badge, which I did. I returned and she still refused to give the discount because it was not a picture ID badge - which she did not state that I needed. I told her that I had my drivers license with my photo and that along with my work badge should be sufficient, but again she denied the discount. Jennifer stated that I should have a card from ID Me - which I do not. Initially, I purchased my items without the discount, but took them back for a refund. My point to this is Jennifers lack of knowledge of her company policy. On the website it simple states discounts verified with a valid ID and doesn't specify a particular form of identification. I had multiple ways of verifying my profession/identity and she would not accept any of them. The site I was trying to pull up to show her (per her request) only gives my name and license number - less information than what I physically had available in front of her. I went to Nike and purchased the items I needed and the customer service was much better. Jennifer presented as a manager on a power trip with zero common courtesy or knowledge of company policy - someone who doesn't need to be in a managerial role.

Worst staff ever. Shoes are buy one get one free. GM would not honor the price listed. Stated repeatedly that”kids” constantly change the price. She refused to honor the price listed. I told them to keep it all and left. The young African American associate was very friendly and tried to help. He agreed with me but to no avail. Went to the Nike outlet and spent $400-

Bought sale shoes at reasonable price. Would have bought some shirts but didn’t have my size for the preferred color. Generally prices are competitive and women, men, youth areas but not as much style variety as hoped.
