Had the best experience today at Ulta with Moses! The sweetest human and was so patient (even when I had to stop to pet a dog) matching the perfect shade of foundation, concealer, and blush to my skin. He came to help without me having to even ask. I left feeling like I had just hung out with a bestie. Thank you, Moses! ❤️

Showed up about 10minutes before my daughter's appointment time (around 5pm), the person we booked with started on someone else's hair instead, then the appointment kept getting moved until 8pm & the person who we scheduled with just said, "well I can't do it cuz' I clocked out & I'm done for today" & someone else ended up doing my little girl's hair... Didn't end up looking like the picture at all & ended up paying a hell of a lot more than it was worth, especially considering that over half of it has already faded out.
Definitely don't recommend.

I have been going to Noell for years and years. Would never want anyone else to do my brows. She has always done them so perfectly and I have never been unhappy. I think the first time I saw her was a decade ago! She is a lovely person and great at what she does. Highly recommend.

See Noelle for your eyebrow shaping! She is the sweetest and is so good at her job. I’ve literally been going to her for years every month. And she keeps my eyebrows under control and the best shaping in Asheville by far. I’ve tried threading as well. And the cleanliness and lack of charisma and care. Was astounding. So go make an appointment with her. Promise you will not regret it ?

This has to be the worst Ulta location in the country. On SEVERAL occasions I have booked hair and brow appointments, arrived to my appointments to be told "oh we cant take you today", but today took the cake! I booked my appointment for 12:40pm, arrived at 12:35pm and was told the girl would be back from break any minute. I waited and waited (mind you I am on my lunch break), finally 1 o'clock rolls around and she finally gets back. Then I am told she cannot take me because she has an appointment at 1. I have been waiting for 30 min only to be told she can't do my appointment?! I then ask for a manager. Obviously I am very frustrated at this point, but was I in no way irate. I told the manager the associate could have done my brow appt in the time she has been standing here telling me why she can't, the associate then told the manager she is "not comfortable" with the situation as she has "a lot going on". I'm pretty sure everyone in the store has a lot going on, that is not an excuse.
I have been going to Ulta for my brows since I was in college, and I am now 34, it has been a while! I always tip well and am on time for my appointment, but I will NEVER be back to this location. Had this been the first time, ok, but it is about the 4th or 5th time something of this nature has happened.
I have requested a call from corporate, which I am sure will not make a bit of difference, but worth a try.

Noelle at the brow bar is AHH-MAZING. I have been going to her for years and will follow her if she ever goes anywhere else! The first time I came in, Noelle took the time to speak with me and truly understand what I was looking for in terms of brow shape and style. My experiences with Noelle have always been phenomenal and I highly recommend her services! Trust me, your brows will thank you!

Beware of Noelle in the beauty bar.I’ve been coming to this store for years but the new staff is rude and the management doesn’t care.Noelle accidentally got wax all over my cheek and face during a brow appt (only brows not my face) - no big deal- I pointed it out and politely asked her to use some wax remover on the spot. She then tells me I am wrong, calls me SWEETHEART, then berates me while I am in the chair. I have been getting my brows done for 20 years I have never been treated or talked to like that. I went to management and they shrugged and didn’t care - young girls smacking gum.The customer experience has been going downhill there for a while but just thought people should know before booking what they should expect.

Noelle is absolutely amazing! I remember moving to Asheville over a year ago and she has and will be the only person to touch my brows ever!! She’s such a sweet heart which is a plus and is up for amazing talks!! Book with her before she books up quickly ;)
