Can’t accommodate a late checkout for marriot bonvoy members, front desk also doesn’t ask for any id for getting new room keys, they ask your room number when remaking keys in front of other people (safety issue)

This hotel was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean. This is a pet friendly hotel and they didn't disappoint. As soon as we walked in the door with our pups, the staff, as well as other guests, welcomed them with open arms.
